Many years ago, Malaysia became a melting pot of culinary traditions, bringing together Malay, Chinese and Indian influences to create a rich and distinctive food culture. In this practical, hands-on workshop, you will discover some of the flavours that make Malaysian cuisine so popular.

Under the guidance of your tutor, you will learn to prepare two popular Malaysian dishes:

• Laksa Noodles – a fragrant and flavourful noodle dish.
• Malaysian net pancake with chicken curry. 

The workshop will introduce you to Malaysian ingredients, cooking techniques and flavour combinations, providing practical skills and inspiration to recreate these dishes at home.
