BAKING: FROM SWEETS TO SAVOURIES

Ready to take your baking skills to the next level? From Sweet to Savoury is a four-week, intermediate baking class designed for students who have completed the beginner course or already know their way around the basics.

In this series, you’ll explore a delicious mix of sweet and savoury baking—from flaky, flavour-packed pastries to beautifully balanced desserts. Each week focuses on building technique, confidence, and creativity, giving you the skills to tackle more challenging bakes with ease.

Expect hands-on practice, new flavour combinations, and plenty of tasting as we move from buttery savoury favourites to indulgent sweet treats. Perfect for home bakers looking to expand their repertoire and have fun along the way.

Plesae note $45.00 ingredients fee is payable to the tutor on session 1.

Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 1-2 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
