YOGA (HATHA YOGA) - 6.45 - 8.15 PM

Choose a, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evening to participate in these combination yoga classes for all abilities. Exercises, breathing techniques and deep relaxation to enhance your life and help bring out inner potential. Suitable for all abilities (please note: course not suitable for pregnant women). Bring a mat or rug. Please enrol early as classes book out well in advance and are limited to 20.

$99 for 8 weeks or $15 per Session

Please note: All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know either by email or text. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 1-2 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
