Hot HIIT Pilates is a low impact, high intensity set of routine exercises designed to strengthen, and increase cardiovascular activitiy and encourage greater core strength. The instructor uses a Tabata timer to time 8 rounds of exercise, with each 20 second round, interspersed with a 10 second interval. This is done in heat (up to 40 degrees) although the temperature will vary under non-studio conditions. Enjoy the energy and music that accompanies this routine.
Class numbers limited - early enrolment is essential.
