Learn practical methods to find inner peace, and develop tools to help you stay calm and balanced in daily life.  Methods covered in this course can be practiced anytime, anywhere.  Course is suitable for beginners as well as students wishing to continue their journey into mindfulness and meditation.

This four-session course is made up of one session face-to-face and a further three follow-up sessions, which can be online. Course includes handouts and ongoing support.
