AEROBIC/LATIN DANCE FITNESS

Fabulous new class on offer that is a fun and energetic fitness experience expressed through Latin type dance moves combined with standard aerobic, step moves.  Latin fitness is transforming a standard cardio work-out into a mix of cardio and dance. No pressure, learn at your own pace ? but great fun guaranteed.  Come and join us!!  You will be amazed at the results and the ease of the transformation ? the old you to the new you!  Please wear loose and comfortable clothing and soft soled shoes. 


Please note: All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know either by email or text. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 1-2 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
