Across the course, you’ll learn the foundational movements of Wing Chun (詠春) by practicing the Chark Yiu demonstration form and a variety of engaging drills. Each session introduces a new physical skill and explores key martial arts principles, such as balance, relaxation, and timing, that make Wing Chun effective and accessible.
