Through guided practice, you’ll develop fundamental footwork, learn both offensive and defensive shots, and explore simple game strategies to build your confidence on the court.
Enjoy improving your coordination, agility, and overall game while having a great time with others who share your interest. Please bring your own badminton racquet—shuttles are provided.
Please note that in our new gymnasium you can only wear soft-soled shoes or participate with barefeet. Otherwise shoes must be removed before entering the gymnasium floor.
