A low impact class using swiss balls and/ or resistance bands to improve mobility, stability and core strength. Move with intention, build strength and move feeling balanced and refreshed.
Note! BYO Swiss ball/ Gym Ball/ Exercise Ball to each class. A Swiss ball 65cm is recommended as it is versatile and fits to an average user. If you have a swiss ball of a different size, this will be suitable.
A swiss ball is essential for this class. Please get in touch if you need help with purchasing one.
Resistance bands are provided.
