Yaron is a certified Bodylight® instructor. The Bodylight method is a fusion of Pilates, Yoga and Qigong.
Yaron’s classes start with a full body warm up followed by a flow of Pilates strength and stretch exercises and ending with relaxation. Yaron emphasises correct breathing throughout the class and modification to the exercises is given depending on the class level and individual needs.
By attending Yaron’s class you will gain flexibility, core control & strength, mind-body awareness and a general feeling of well-being.
Yaron is also teaching group classes and private classes at the Bodylight® studio in Mission Bay.
