Come along and learn about some of the core psychological theories and their practical application in our lives.  Sessions will include psychodynamic theory, cognitive behavioural approaches, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Carl Rogers person-centred approach, Erikson’s stages of development and attachment theory.
