Why let them eat cake? 

French Chef Anne Picart will show you the recipies and know-how to make pastries that Paris would be proud of!  Learn key techniques such as choux pastry, mousse and meringue.  Each class you will make a delicious sweet treat from scratch - then take it home to enjoy.  

Recipes (ingredients included): 

  • Tarte au citron meringuée – Lemon pie with meringue on top
  • Le royal – Hazelnut biscuit, crunchy chocolate base and chocolate mousse
  • Charlotte aux fraises – Fruit mousse cake with Ladyfinger sponge
  • Choux et éclairs pralinés – Choux and praline eclairs
  • Tarte Tatin – Caramelised apples on a sweet crust base and vanilla cream
  • Mille-feuille – Puff pastry and vanilla cream

 

Please note: All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know either by email or text. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 1-2 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
