FRENCH PASTRY FOR THE BEGINNER
Join French Pastry Chef Anne Picart to learn authentic French pastries. Anne will teach differents technics like choux pastry , mousse and French meringue. At the end of the class you'll have prepared a delicious sweet treat to take home. And you'll have the recipes and know-how to practise your new skills at home ($40 ingredients included).
Recipes include:
- Tarte au citron meringuée – Lemon pie with meringue on top
- Le royal – Hazelnut biscuit, crunchy chocolate base and chocolate mousse
- Charlotte aux fraises – Fruit mousse cake with lady finger sponge
- Choux et éclairs pralinés – Praline choux and eclairs
- Tarte Tatin – Caramelised apples on a sweet crust base and vanilla cream
- Millefeuille – Puff pastry and vanilla pastry cream
