There has never been a better time to learn to cook without meat.  The popularity of vegetarian and vegan food is new to New Zealand, but it's as old as time in India.

Vegetarian food is tasty, nutritious, budget-friendly and good for the environment.  Learn how to cook easy vegetarian dishes from India, the country with more vegetarians than anywhere else.

Please note:

Completion of this course requires payment of an additional fee of $20.  This is payable direct to the tutor at the first session and will cover the cost of ingredients for the course. Please bring an apron, a tea towel and a container to take food home in.
