Modern living often comes with modern stress. Exposure to stress can damage our physical health, the health of our relationships, and can lead to unhealthy decision-making.
Students will learn practical strategies to enable them deal with stress, and how to achieve greater life-balance. Students will leave the course feeling more in control of their reactions, and with greater awareness of the role of relaxation, reflection and of allowing their own inner wisdom to guide them in life.
ABOUT THE TUTOR
Angelà Main has been practicing and teaching meditation for 25 years, she is a qualified counsellor and healer and runs the Self Realization Sevalight Centre for Balanced Living.
