Ongoing stress can cause us to become depleted, effecting our relationships and reducing our natural immunity which can lead to disease.
This course teaches practical ways to work with life’s problems in a positive way, to learn to be more balanced and in charge of ourselves and our reactions, to relax and reflect so enabling our intuition and inner wisdom to guide us more in life.
