Tai Chi and Qigong originated from ancient China. Practising Tai Chi and Qigong gives you a meditative state of mind, increases your stamina, and improves your body's flexibility and balance as well as co-ordination. When practising Tai Chi and Qigong, a rhythmical breathing is focused on and a relaxed body is emphasized. This stimulates a strong circulation of oxygenated blood flow to the body and brain. Tai Chi and Qigong are forms of low impact exercise and are suitable for all ages.
Please note: All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know either by email or text. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 1-2 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
