Joseph Pilates developed this phenomenal exercise technique in the early part of the 20th century.  Today it is recognised as the ultimate workout to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body – without machines.  It also creates superb core strength and supports posture.  With systematic practice of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns, Pilates has proven itself invaluable, not only as a fitness endeavor, but also as an important aid to sports training and physical rehabilitation of all kinds.  It is suitable for any age or ability.  Class numbers limited – so early enrolment is essential.  Bring mat and water bottle.
