Meditation and mindfulness are both ways to find inner peace and to make the most of every moment. They help you to stay centred and balanced, to improve your focus and feel more ‘in charge’ of yourself. Often daily stresses can lead to rushing, making poor decisions, emotions coming up and ill health.
This course will give you the tools to deal in a much better way with these things, so helping you forward in your life. Research has shown that meditation improves immunity, sleep, memory, creativity, concentration and learning ability. Harvard University found that it was related to anti ageing and healthy ageing – improving weight management, blood pressure, cardiac health and cognitive function.
In this course you learn Pure Meditation Foundation and mindfulness tools, it includes a book (paid for separately $25), handouts and ongoing support. Along with relaxation techniques and talk on meditation and mindfulness, to help deepen your understanding. Held over four weeks for two hours.
