Tai Chi and Qigong originated from ancient China. Practising Tai Chi and Qigong gives you a meditative state of mind, increases your stamina, and improves your body's flexibility and balance as well as co-ordination. When practising Tai Chi and Qigong, a rhythmical breathing is focused on and a relaxed body is emphasised. This stimulates a strong circulation of oxygenated blood flow to the body and brain. Tai Chi and Qigong are forms of low impact exercise and are suitable for all ages.
