TAI CHI AND QIGONG INTERMEDIATE

Tai Chi and Qigong originated from ancient China. Practising Tai Chi and Qigong gives you a meditative state of mind, increases your stamina, and improves your body's flexibility and balance as well as co-ordination. When practising Tai Chi and Qigong, a rhythmical breathing is focused on and a relaxed body is emphasised. This stimulates a strong circulation of oxygenated blood flow to the body and brain. Tai Chi and Qigong are forms of low impact exercise and are suitable for all ages.

If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know by email - please check your emails, including your spam folder, regularly. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 1-2 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
